By placing your order you (the buyer) confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions which supplement our site Terms and Conditions. Please review. 

Our Shop includes our brick and mortar operations and our online shop (the “Shop”). All sales of products and merchandise (the “Products”), occur on these grounds whether they are initiated in person or via the Shop. The buyer (“You” or “you”) is visiting our digital menu and agree that your purchases of Products are made here in the state of Michigan.

AGE REQUIREMENT:

By ordering any of our Kombucha Beers or Kombucha Teas, you represent to us that you are 21 years of age or older. Someone over the age of 21 will be required to be present at the time of delivery with valid photo ID if any alcoholic product is ordered. If it is discovered that any individual has ordered unlawfully, their order will not be delivered and no refund will be issued. 

If you are under 21:

You may order beverages (eg. HeartTunR Kombucha Spritz) that we explicitly advertise as non-alcoholic (NA) and any of our products categorized as “merchandise” or “Merch” (T-Shirts, stickers etc.)

Shipping (National Delivery):

Timeline:

All Orders will be shipped within 5 business days, you will be notified once your order has shipped and given a tracking number when our carrier provides one. Due to the nature of our products we approach shipping with the goal of keeping the product as cold as possible. For this reason all orders will go out early in the week (Monday or Tuesday) to prevent orders from sitting in warehouses over the weekend.

General Rules (Applies to All Shipping Orders): 

Shipping Address Limitations: We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Mail Boxes, or internationally.

Returned Packages: If your package of Products is returned to us, we may re-ship it to you for an additional shipping charge equal to the actual shipping cost. Any order that is refused or returned after three attempts to deliver will not be refunded. Shipping and packaging charges will not be refunded. In addition, the buyer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred to have the product returned to us.

Liability for Damage: We are not liable for damages to Products caused by weather conditions and/or “Acts of God” during transportation. “Acts of God” include catastrophes such as, but not limited to, plane crashes, unforeseeable delays or accidents, destruction due to domestic and international unrest (i.e. riots, war, public enemies) confiscation, quarantine, or natural disaster.

Alcohol Restrictions (Applies to all Kombucha Beer and Tea):

To be eligible for shipping options, any order containing alcohol must be at least $30.

Pursuant to existing laws and carrier requirements, we are unable to ship to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Hawaii, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New hampshire, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Due to State Law we cannot ship alcohol with in Michigan; however, we do offer Local delivery to select Zip codes near our brewery (see Local Delivery below).

Dry Zip Code Limitations: We cannot ship to zip codes that have enacted local option to exclude the sale or shipment of alcoholic beverages. By purchasing Products, you verify that you have checked your local laws and have confirmed that importation of alcoholic beverages is permitted.

Adult Signature is Required: As these Products contain alcohol, we are required to ship with an Adult Signature Required sticker, which means you will be required to show your ID to the delivery driver prior to taking delivery. Adult Signature Required Stickers require an additional surcharge which will be passed on to the purchaser. To avoid missing deliveries, we strongly suggest using your place of work as the delivery location. You may also opt to pick up your package at a shipping facility near you. If the recipient is found to be under the age of 21 by the shipping company, the order will be returned and no refund will be given.

Shipping Containers: In addition to the Adult Signature requirement, we are required to ship all alcohol Products in approved shipping containers to ensure they are handled properly. All shipping package costs will be added to your total at checkout.

Title and Responsibility: The title to Products is passed to you in the state of Michigan at the time of the sale and you remain responsible for shipping costs, including insurance. Unity Vibration makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import beverages containing alcohol. You authorize Unity Vibration to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

Importing Products: If you require us to ship your purchased Products to you in your home state, you agree that you have read these terms and understand that when you import these Products into your state that it may require you to have a license or registration to do so and to pay applicable state taxes in your state. Unity Vibration assumes no obligation and bears no responsibility whatsoever for applying for or obtaining any such permits or licenses. We strongly suggest that you investigate your state laws and determine the manner in which alcoholic beverages may lawfully be brought back home. You shall be responsible for all applicable excise, use and sales taxes due to your state related to the purchase of any taxable Products.

Local Delivery (MI Only): 

 

In order to be eligible for delivery, your order must be at least $30. Orders may be placed at any time, however, all orders will be delivered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 11AM-4PM, your order must be placed before 9 AM EST on a given delivery day in order to be delivered that day. When your order is out for delivery you will be notified by email and our driver will call 15-30 minutes before delivery. Someone over 21 must be present at the time of delivery with valid photo ID or your order will not be delivered. In the event that no one over 21 is present, and reasonable attempts to contact the customer have failed, your order will be returned to our tasting room. If this happens, you may come and pick up your order but we will not attempt a second delivery or refund any delivery charges. If an order is not picked up within five days it will automatically be canceled without a refund.

Delivery Fee: To show our appreciation for our supporters, we have kept our delivery fees as low as possible. Tips not expected but appreciated.

Local Pickup: 

 

Pickup orders may be placed at any time, however, processing pickup orders takes time. Orders will be processed and ready for pickup within two business of order placement. Once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup, you will be notified by email, you may then come and pickup your order anytime during our normal business hours (see below). Do not attempt to pickup an order before you are notified that it is ready for pickup.

We are not open on Sundays. If you place an order on Friday, your order may not be ready for pickup until Monday. If you place an order on Saturday, it may not be ready for pickup until late Monday or early Tuesday morning. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
